  My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from
  PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
  But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type
  on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to
  another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net.
  Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it?

  Have you ever thought about adding a little bit
  more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is
  fundamental and all. But think of if you added some great graphics or videos to give your posts more, "pop"!
  Your content is excellent but with images and videos, this site could undeniably
  be one of the best in its field. Amazing blog!
