  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox
  and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails
  with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove
  me from that service? Thanks a lot!

  Link exchange is nothing else except it is just placing the
  other person's blog link on your page at appropriate place and other person will also do similar for you.
