  First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if
  you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center
  yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had
  a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do take
  pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10
  to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin.
  Any suggestions or hints? Appreciate it!

  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
  now each time a comment is added I get three emails with
  the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
