  I think that everything posted made a bunch of sense.
  However, what about this? what if you composed a catchier
  title? I ain't suggesting your content isn't solid, however what if you added something that grabbed folk's attention? I mean Health is a little vanilla.
  You might look at Yahoo's front page and note how they write article titles to grab people interested.
  You might add a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about what
  you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little
  livelier.

  Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
  4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed
  the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
  ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off
  topic but I had to tell someone!
