  After I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
  from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the
  same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service?

  First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which
  I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out
  how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
  
  I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
