  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment
  is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

  I think what you posted made a bunch of sense. However, consider this, suppose
  you added a little content? I mean, I don't wish
  to tell you howw to run your blog, but what if you
  added a headline to possibly get a person's attention? I mean Newyork iis a little vanilla.
  You coild peeek at Yahoo's front page and seee how they
  write article titles too get viewerrs to open the links. You might add a video or a
  related picture or two to grab people excited about what you've written. In my opinion, it could make your posts a
  little livelier.
